The great peculiarities that distinguish him from today's pianists, in addition to the elegance and almost total impassibility in front of the keyboard, is his way of playing and his style, praised for its elegance and technical control, is characterized by a unique hand position - low wrists resting on the keyboard - evoking the technique of both Glenn Gould and Vladimir Horowitz. According to several maestros and passionate classical music listeners, “he resembles Vladimir Horowitz in a shocking way - not as if he copied him, but as if he himself were playing.”

Testimonials
Farcossà is not the talented young pianist or the good performer, he is something more, something creative, imaginative and demonic... his expressiveness, in my opinion, today has no comparison., despite his young age he is one with music, to listening to him you would never think that such maturity can spring from a twenty-year-old, he is an artist with a capital A, who through composers of any era transmits the fifth essence of pure art
Dr. Guido Michelone (Music critic and teacher at Alessandria Conservatory)
after a concert in 2021 at Teatro Civico, Vercelli
His sound is the “old masters sound,” the feelings are the same. The touch, the depth, the control - it all evokes a timeless elegance that is rarely heard today. There’s a sincerity and wisdom in his playing that speaks beyond his age, echoing the nuances of pianists from a bygone golden era.
M° Anna Kravtchenko (DECCA)
after a meeting in 2019 at Lugano Conservatory
Horowitz revived. Listening and watching, everything natural - it’s shocking. There is no trace of effort, yet every note is perfectly sculpted. He doesn’t just play the music - he channels it, with a freedom and clarity reminiscent of the great masters. It’s as if Horowitz himself were reborn, not in imitation, but in pure artistic essence.
M° Andrea Bacchetti (Sony Classic, RCA)
after hearing him in 2024 in Milan
